HISTORY

Lieske Law Firm began as Lieske & Kristensen Law Firm, a partnership between Tom Lieske and Doug Kristensen. It opened on August 17th, 1981.

Lieske and Kristensen practiced law together for 21 years, until Kristensen took the Chancellor position at the University of Nebraska-Kearney in 2002.

Tom formed Lieske Law Firm on July 1st, 2002.

In the beginning of 2009,Shon Lieske became a partner.

COMMUNITY FIRST

Lieske Law Firm takes pride in their connection to the community of Minden, its home for decades.

Staff members are heavily involved in civic areas and projects around town such as the Minden Opera House and Minden Optimists Club.

LIESKE LAW FAQS

-We do accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover as forms of payment.

-We do charge an initial consultation fee of $100.

-If we take your case, the $100 will be applied to advance bills.

-We do not handle bankruptcy cases

-Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00pm
